ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Originally from Martinsville, Virginia, Miss Mandy crossed the Mason-Dixon line, chasing a new beginning in Philadelphia. She found a city rough around the edges, but she kept her heart open. Over a decade later, and Mandy has rediscovered Philly as the city of brotherly love. Passionate about her community, she is part of an international musician’s league that allows her to regularly connect and collaborate with some of the most talented musicians in Philly. Miss Mandy has a consistent habit of entering NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest and has submitted her work for consideration for the last seven consecutive years and counting! She has performed at the Bethlehem Music Festival and at Rooster Walk Festival where she took the stage with the group, The Heat Run. She is digging deeper as a songwriter and reaching a point of comfort with her work in the music realm. Miss Mandy writes, records, and performs regularly enough to keep her creative heart satiated.

Miss Mandy and her fantasic band will hold down the night, backing various guest artists and taking us back to an iconic decade of music.
