Photography
Photography, audio recording and video recording are only permitted with advanced approval from the venue. Live streaming, use of flash and tripods are not permitted. Photographers / Live Streaming Professionals shoud email info@theroyalglenside.com for information on obtaining a press pass.

Contactless Payments
Mobile ticketing and contactless payments will be used for each event.

Enhanced Cleaning
Staff of The Royal are committed to sanitizing surfaces throughout the venue before, during, and after each event for the safety of all patrons.
While face coverings are not currently mandated, patrons are welcome to wear masks for their own safety and comfort.

​Bag Policy
We reserve the right to search all bags prior to venue entry. Backpacks are not permitted. The Royal's bag policy is for the safety of all patrons and staff.

BYO Policy
While we DO allow outside food, we do NOT allow outside drinks, except Wine. There is a $5 corking fee per drinker, 1 bottle per person limit. No outside beer or liquor is permitted in the venue. Failure to comply with this policy will result in removal from the venue.

Capacity​
The Royal is currently open at full capacity (100). We have seating available, as well as standing room areas. ​
COVID-19 Liability Waiver
The management and staff of The Royal are committed to bringing live music to Glenside in the safest possible way. While we are taking measures to enhance the safety of all patrons, visitors, performers and employees, there are still risks presented by COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By purchasing tickets and/or entering our venue, you are voluntarily assuming the risk, hazard and danger of being exposed to COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, virus, or pathogen, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims related to such exposure, or sickness, against The Royal Music & Arts Center, Inc., performing artists and their affiliated companies, Abington Township, Montgomery County, the State of Pennsylvania and affiliated companies relating to such risks, and agree to release discharge and not bring suit against such entities arising from or related to such exposure or illness.
